About Us

At Chitkala, we take pride in pioneering experimental learning platform, recreational activity centre and co-creation space.  We see that every young learner is naturally curious, active, and creative. We recognize this immense potential in every young learner and aim to cultivate it through a unique approach.  We want to bring them back to hands on, activity-based learning while complementing the digital platforms. Also, in the light of the new Indian educational policy (NEP-2020) and national curriculum framework (NCF 2023) there is a radical shift in the teaching and learning: encouraging project-based learning. Some principles from the new policy that we are targeting are critical thinking, problem solving and early introduction to technology thereby enabling learners to be adaptive to the changing fields of knowledge. We believe it’s crucial for educators and parents to take these aspects into account early in a learner’s education journey. This is because we firmly believe – ‘the constructive habit formed at early age – help a learner apply it subconsciously throughout his lifelong journey’.

It is imporatant to note that these activities are well in alignment with the new education policy 2020 and national curriculum framework 2023. It is also useful for a young child’s overall thinking approach, awareness and problem solving. So we recommend to make the best use of this platform.
